Ravaglioli four post lifts offer many convenient and innovative features designed to reduce maintenance and increase durability.

RAV 4000 Series electro-hydraulic four post lifts feature highly resistant pre-stretched, galvanised cables supported by large pulleys with self-lubricating bushes. The hydraulic cylinder is mounted inside the fixed platform for added protection.

Safety features include automatic anti toe trap alarm, automatic mechanical back-up safety devices with pneumatic release allowing stationary operation with unstressed cables. Immediately triggering studs provide safety in the event of a cable failure.

RAV four post MOT lifts include neatly integrated radius plates / turning trays. Automated Test Lane (ATL) models and One Person Test Lane (OPTL) models further benefit from the addition of flush fitting Wheel Play Detectors housed in low profile platforms.
