Our Sales Philosophy is simple:
1] We only supply equipment covered by comprehensive in-house and national after sales back-up.
2] We do not supply equipment for which we are the sole service and calibration agent.
Unlike many distributors, FGES provide the option of in-house service and calibration for customers who prefer not to deal with the manufacturer or the manufacturer's preferred service agent.
However, unlike some distributors, we cannot hold you to ransom.
Aftersales freedom of choice is provided by an established national network of manufacturer and independent back-up along with our own in-house calibration and maintenance.
This approach means that you do not have to deal exclusively with the manufacturer's service department or preferred service agent and you will not be forced to deal exclusively with us.

Unlike many Crypton / Dieseltune distributors, FGES LTD are also an approved service agent offering:
National support and the option of in-house calibration approved and supervised by Crypton's UKAS Accredited Laboratory
In-house repair & maintenance for all ages of equipment
The option to continue using your current / usual Crypton service agent if you prefer
